ASICS Gel-Kayano 31 Lite-Show is a comfortable running shoe with an airy mesh upper for good ventilation and optimal comfort while running.

These running shoes are made from at least 75% recycled material, which reduces waste and CO₂ emissions. The knitted lacing system in the heel makes it easy to put on. The 4D™ control system maintains good stability and provides a more stable and balanced stride. The combination of FF-BLAST™ PLUS ECO cushioning and PureGEL™ technology provides soft impacts and a more dynamic stride with each step. FF-BLAST™ PLUS ECO cushioning is made from approximately 20% bio-based material and provides excellent comfort during training. The outer part uses ASICSGRIP™ hybrid technology for optimal grip. Reflective details improve visibility in low light. Thanks to the OrthoLite™ X-55 insole, these running shoes offer great comfort. The cartridge is made with a special dyeing process that reduces water consumption by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to traditional dyeing methods.
